Growing up by the coast, I’ve always been drawn to activities that nourish both the body and soul—whether it’s surfing, yoga, or traveling. My love for people, travel, and overall well-being led me to a career that I find incredibly fulfilling.

After traveling the world and surfing along the way, I found myself in Costa Rica, where I completed over 750 hours of intensive massage training. This hands-on experience has shaped me into a skilled practitioner with a focus on Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques.

For the past several years, I’ve been practicing in Santa Cruz, and my goal is simple: to help you achieve deep relaxation and optimal health.
